Jeanne S. Wagner is a paralegal and notary public with over 45 years of experience in the legal profession. She has 25 years of experience in the area of estate planning and business transactional and currently focuses on estate planning, business entity formation and maintenance. Jeanne graduated from Northern Illinois University with an associate degree in Secretarial Administration and received her paralegal certification in 1984. She has served on the Board of the Orange County Women’s Soccer League, Paralegal Advisory Committee with the American Bar Association and is active in the women’s ministry at her church.

Kathleen M. Pierce is a paralegal with 30 years of experience in the area of estate planning, administration and settlement. Kathleen has been a paralegal with Mollis & Mollis Inc. for 15 years, focusing on corporate and LLC formation and maintenance, real property tax issues, non-profit entity formation and compliance, estate planning, administration, and settlement. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Consumerism from California State University, Long Beach.  She has been a California Notary Public for approximately 30 years and has served on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer for On Deck Foundation , non-profit company, for 15 years.

 Estelle H. Taylor has over 23 years of experience as a Senior Legal Assistant.  Estelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Ecology, with a concentration in Criminology and Psychology, from the University of California, Irvine.
